GROUP BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date and time
- Remaining balance due on arrival
- Bookings confirmed once proof of payment is received
- Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
- Short-notice bookings may be accommodated, subject to staff and stock availability
- Each package has a minimum guest requirement
- Contact the booking consultant if fewer guests attend
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before the event may be rescheduled once
- Cancellations within 48 hours result in forfeited booking fee
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged at 100% of the booking value
- All guests must complete a consent and medical screening form before treatment
- Treatment is subject to medical suitability and the nurse’s discretion
- Client provides a safe, clean, accessible space for setup
- Travel outside the standard service area may incur additional fees
- Parking access must be provided
- Complimentary snacks and beverages included
- Optional platters and stations must be confirmed 24 hours before the event
- Dietary requirements must be communicated in advance
- Wellness Drip therapies are supportive treatments and not a substitute for medical care
